We have 10 ground floor units each with their own car park. In cooler months we have underfloor heating to guarantee you are warm and comfortable during your stay with us.

As we are located in Tay Street (No1 highway) we are near all the major Sporting Facilities, walking distance to the City Centre and Restaurants. We cater for Corporates, Tourists and Sporting Groups.

All our units have kitchen facilities, LCD TVs and a full range of teas and coffees. The 2 Bedroom Units are ideal for Sporting Groups to base themselves, in that they have large lounges and separate kitchens.

Book your stay with us in Invercargill and have a road trip to Bluff, the Southern most point of No1 highway. See Stewart Island and tour the Catlins area. There are many other sights to see in Invercargill. One is the Burt Munroe motorbike display at E Hayes & Sons hardware store. We are happy to help you explore the Southland Region and can assist with bookings for Stewart Island and Fiordland.
